Human Trafficking

Abstract

The articles focus on a wide range of specific topics, inter alia trafficking on the high seas, the detrimental effects that having been a victim of human trafficking can have in domestic criminal law cases, and the trafficking of human organs. It is evident from the articles that the phenomenon of human trafficking has very wide-ranging effects, both within society as a whole, and in relation to individual victims.
